&Here SHINJUKU

The room was well laid out and we loved having a combined washer/dryer in the room (note that it takes approx 4 hours). We liked the lounge area which was big enough for everyone and a separate kitchen. We loved the samples available at reception including face masks. There is a lovely roof top area to enjoy a free coffee or tea which was great. The staff were all very friendly, and the pyjamas are super comfortable.

We liked the area but didn't realise there were so many bars close by, when we went out for coffee at 9am there were people still leaving bars. It didn't bother us but it might for families with small children. I also didn't like the check in process requiring me to enter a lot of information digitally that had already been provided.

Great location, generous amenities, friendly & helpful staff, well appointed room and a highlight was breakfast from a lovely local who makes onigiri, for sale in the lobby on some mornings. We really enjoyed the pork with egg yolk.

Nothing! We liked everything.

Amazing location - within a couple minutes to the train station and easy access to lots of great restaurants and shops!!

Nothing!! The property and staff were all amazing!

Good situation Lovely terrace at the top (with good coffee) Confortable room (for 4 with bunk beds) Good neighborhood, calm and very close to shopping and restaurants Team very nice

A light breakfast (continental) would be great - or more choices Rooms are not large
