IMPORTANT: The building charges a registration fee of $20.000 COP per person per stay (not included in the room rate), which is mandatory for all guests ages 7 and older.
Starting with the seventh guest, the registration fee will be $30.000 COP.

All guests are required to present their physical identification document at the front desk:

- Colombian citizens: Must present their national ID card.
- Foreign nationals: Must present a valid, stamped passport or a valid special temporary residence permit (if applicable)

- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians during their stay. If traveling with someone other than a parent or legal guardian, a notarized and authenticated letter of authorization from the parents is required.
