Special hotel right in the heart of Berncastle, rooms are very spacious, lovely bathroom and a fabulous breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Mosel. Staff were attentive and there is on site parking for just 8 Euros a day. Super convenient, out of the door and you are bang in the middle of the beautiful Berncastle. Will be back for sure.

Fantastic place. Best location. Good people,. Room was very comfortable. The town itself is the best place to be at to explore the Moselle valley regions.
Why 4 stars?
Like everywhere else in Germany, the AC was poor. Almost non existent. World over .. if the hotel says AC, it means it cools the room at night. Here I almost expected that it wont and it did not. Cant give 5 stars.

4 of us stayed at the Deinhard for 2 nights in 2 of the junior suites and they were amazing with loads of space and superb views all round. Comfortable beds and pillows. A warm welcome with a glass of their own extremely good sparkling wine was a nice touch. We made lots of trips and needed taxi's arranged which the very helpful young lady on reception did several times for us. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and friendly staff to assist. We had great cocktails in the roof bar one night too. Overall, this hotel is perfect for a break and in a great location to see the whole town on your door step. We all really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
