We warmly welcome you to our beautiful penthouse apartment with a stunning view of Fürth’s Südstadt neighborhood.
You’ll find a stylish and spacious apartment equipped with everything you need for your stay. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself—it even includes a private rooftop terrace.

Supermarkets and restaurants are right nearby, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk away.
The Accommodation:
An elevator takes you to the 5th floor of the apartment, where you’ll find a beautifully furnished living room with a 78-inch TV, a kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed, and a bathroom with a shower and a corner bathtub.
Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the beautiful rooftop terrace, which you’ll have all to yourself. The lovely Südstadtpark is also just a 5-minute walk away and is perfect for long walks.
Guest access:

We offer in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, so it would be great if you could let us know your approximate arrival time. If you plan to arrive earlier or later, we’d be happy to make an exception if possible—just let us know in advance.
Other important information:

The apartment is very easy to reach by public transportation as well as by car, since free public parking is available right in front of the building. The airport is a 25-minute drive away; the trade fair is 30 minutes away by subway, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the center of Fürth, and it’s about a 20-minute subway ride to Nuremberg.
Pets are not allowed here.
