The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1927, was renovated in 2006 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a lively area. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: parasol, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Top floor: Cooking nook 8 sqm and with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (200 l, freezer), microwave and electric water boiler. Bathroom 2 sqm and with shower. Separate toilet 1 sqm and with WC.
