The location is perfect for a stay downtown; cafes, bars, restaurants just around the corner; the port is within walking distance; the hosts were always available and friendly; the apartment has everything you need
parking is quite far from the apartment. 13min walk at least.

non siamo stati sufficientemente informati che non si poteva transitare per scaricare bagagli e quindi abbiamo dovuto portare i bagagli a piedi con difficolta';
inoltre e' stata inviata la posizione del parcheggio auto senza essere accompagnati e quindi al ritorno a piedi abbiamo impazzito per ritrovare la casa. Materassi molto precari in quanto pendevano tutti. poi un consiglio:
invece di inserire in cucina la lavatrice sarebbe utile la lavastoviglie!

Los baños nuevos, completos, la cocina también estaba bien.v
No hay ascensor, a pesar que dice que es segundo piso, es casi un cuarto porque hay dos descansos. La zona además es un poco ruidosa por la existencia de varios bares en los alrededores.

L appartement est refait a neuf.
Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain
Appartement très propre.
L appartement est traversant, se situant dans 2 rue avec des bars.
L appartement n a aucune isolation phonique.
Personne ne nous avaient informés que nous nous trouvions en période de fête avec des nuisances sonores nocturnes insupportables.
Le samedi soir, c était soirée nuit blanche avec plusieurs Dj dans les rues, le son au maximum jusqu'à 1h du matin, le son était tellement fort que les murs,les lits vibraient.
Impossible de pouvoir dormir avant 2h matin.
A 5h30, camion poubelles, nettoyage.
Le resto qui installe la terrasse avec du mobilier métallique
