Location was amazing, it's in the old part of town, outside it is buzzy and exciting but inside the apartment it was very silent and peaceful. This is because the property is away from the street and on the other side (back of property) is another internal courtyard of rear buildings and also away from street. It was very clean, very well appointed with everything you need. We liked having 2 bathrooms. It appeared very well renovated to a nice standard. The check in instructions with photos for the key collection were easy to understand.

There is NIL and I mean NIL NIL NIL car access to the street. I wasn't aware that the entire old town is zoned pedestrian only, as in, you cannot even drive in to drop bags. For us arriving at 10pm with a toddler and a lot of toddler related bags, this was a disaster. We ended up stopping to unload (although that is not permitted within about 70m) as we simply could not carry things up to the unit and leave sleeping toddler in car a long way away. This may not impact people arriving by taxi as it appears that taxis are allowed into the pedestrian zone and this was our 'work around'. We parked the car in a secure garage about 400m away as reluctant to leave unattended overnight on street. We used Parking Garage Castello which is highly secure with an attendance and cost 60 Euros for the 2 nights. Worth it for peace of mind. However taking taxis to and from car was a bit of an unexpected hassle, not the fault of the hosts but just something to be aware of. The town is beautiful and actually car free is very good.

Éramos 6 y estuvimos muy cómodos. Teníamos dos baños y en el comedor cabíamos genial para poder cenar todos juntos. Además teníamos aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y cada uno podía encenderlo o apagarlo a su gusto. Era muy completo y aunque le faltaba la escoba y alguna cosa de cocina estuvimos genial. Sin duda si algún día volvemos a Vicenza, sera nuestro sitio. Además está cerca de todo y es muy tranquilo

Ya que puedes lavar y tienes cocina, podría haber alguna escoba o alguna bayeta para dejar limpia la casa

Muy buena ubicación. Muy limpio, confortable, muy recomendable, el precio es justo, no es barato, pero vale pagarlo, éramos 4 y estábamos muy comodos

Everything was clean and new

It was in a central location but inserted in a building complex that was not fully inhabited or renovated thus we felt a bit isolated. We also some questionable people enter the building complex, and did not feel very safe. Frankly there was nothing luxurious about our stay.
