Very good location, nice space with good facilities and comfortable bed and furnishings. We stayed here under the previous management were impressed with the renovations since our last stay.

The lack of staff and responsiveness to reported issues became noticeable as we had reported a problem with the toaster and that the bottle of shower gel was empty but despite an answer on the app these were not sorted. It would be really useful to have coat hooks somewhere. We had a problem with really noisy neighbours in the apartment above, this is not the hotels fault but it did spoil our weekend.

Lot of towels, coffee capsules, * Honestly, the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever stayed in! * Absolutely gorgeous interior – stylish, modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. * Very comfortable, spacious bed. * Perfect contactless check-in, with no need to meet anyone in person. * Excellent air conditioning that worked perfectly and was surprisingly quiet. * Great location, with everything feeling convenient and easily accessible. * Overall, an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay!

* Honestly, nothing worth mentioning! * The access code only became available at the exact check-in time, so arriving earlier wasn’t an option. However, this suited me perfectly and wasn’t an issue at all.

No cleaning and no late check out

Room was not cleaned as their policy says there will be additional charges for cleaning, I stayed 3 nights and 4 days so, I expect cleaning, replacing towels, coffee etc. there was no tea and milk provided, guests are expected to drink coffee from the pods. These weren’t replenished and I was expected to speak to front office every time I needed coffee.
