Could not check in: dirty unit, bedbugs in the bed, owner told us to leave and kept the money.
We arrived for a 6-night stay, with the full amount paid in advance. On arrival it turned out that the unit had not been prepared for guests: other people's belongings were inside, there was used bedding and used towels, and there were bedbugs in the bed. We were never checked in and did not spend a single night here.
The owner refused any solution whatsoever — no alternative unit, no cleaning, no refund. The conversation ended with him demanding that we leave the premises. We had to arrange replacement accommodation ourselves that same evening, at our own expense.
Booking.com contacted the property the same night — without result. Since then the property has not answered phone calls and does not respond to messages. To this day we have not received a refund of a single euro for a service that was never provided.
I strongly advise against booking here. What we found on site bore no resemblance to what the listing presents.
