ホテル オリオン

The front desk in manned during the day only, but the person there, Max (short name) was extremely helpful. The dining area along with a pantry was a bonus, we had not expected.

Cups in the room could be better instead of paper cups. Paper cups in the pantry are fine. Consider providing creamer mini packs for coffee.

Staff very welcoming and helpful, great location, very comfy bed, easy to access.

Shower very small & not entirely clean, dirt on the shower head, shower floor & toilet flush.

Clean, tidy and close to San Marco Square. Staff were really nice as well

Unfortunately we could hear so much outside noise from the streets. Late at night, my partner found it quite hard to sleep. But I don’t blame the hotel for it, it’s a crowded city so there’s inevitably noise with that. Just noticed it more on this stay, maybe it’s just Venice. Other than that, it was great value for money and would recommend!

clean and accessible to all the top views

no Lift and we we’re on the fifth floor
