Summary:
Superb flat extremely well located in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, a few steps from the Grands Magasins, the Opera and Place de la Madeleine. My elegant, tastefully decorated and fully-equipped flat will provide you with a typically Parisian cultural, shopping and culinary experience. This flat is the ideal place for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.
The Space:
This 120 m² apartment can accommodate up to 10 people on the 1st floor with elevator access. It features the following features:
- 1 large living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi
- 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 10 people
- 1 separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher)
- 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm)
- 3 full bathrooms with shower and toilet
The cleaning service includes fresh sheets and towels for each tenant. Cleaning is performed by a professional.

Sublim apartment was great for our group of 5 friends, as it is difficult to find 3 bedrooms & 3 baths. Apartment was very clean, comfortable & convenient to Metro & rail travel as close by Gare St Lazare. A day trip to Giverny was easily arranged. It was easy to communicate with the hosts & easy check-in, check-out. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend.

Very large apartment in a great location. Good size rooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds, large showers with plenty of hot water, a washer and a separate dryer. The furnishings are due for a refresh and there is some deferred maintenance that was a bit annoying, that's why we gave it four stars instead of five, but could easily be a top property.

Outstanding location, clean and comfortable, perfect for a large group. Close to transit and everything you could possible want. Really outstanding team managing this property - highly responsive and welcoming.
