Clean, functional, unfussy, we were situated 20yards from the Juliets Balcony attraction on Via Capello- apparently 78% of visitors to Verona come to see this site, (it’s a fictional story!?!) but the large crowds didn’t trouble us. The flat is a great base to explore Verona on foot. We found that the restaurants in the Ponte Pietra area were much more to our liking just 10 minutes walk away. The flat was adequate as a base. Not great in terms of quality and comfort, but adequate so nothing to really object about..

There were a couple of baskets of snack food items on the table, but the costs were ridiculous - either provide something like a staple item at cost, or at a reasonable price, or don’t bother at all.

Exceptional location; owner / staff were super helpful throughout the entire process. Room was as close to perfect as any I’ve ever had in Italy or Europe. Zero complaints or issues with the room or service. Pretty much everything I could have wanted or needed was there in the room, although I didn’t spend much time in the room 😆. If you have the chance to book these rooms, do yourself a favor and do so, you will not regret it.

Really difficult to find anything to list here… if I had to say anything —- maybe, it would have nice to have the stairway / hallway lights automatically illuminate after dark when you enter off of the street before walking up the stairway. The switch to turn them on manually was a little difficult to locate on the dark at times…🤷🏼‍♂️

The location is amazing. It's right next to Juliet's House and just a few metres from the Piazza Erbe. You couldn't wish to be more central to everything in the historic centre. The property looks just like the photos, it was super clean, great bathroom, nice little kitchen for a short stay (particularly having a fridge), and the bath in the bedroom adds a romantic feel. Even though the property is so central, with the windows close, you hear nothing from the street below. Check-in was simple, the hosts were kind enough to let us access the apartment slightly earlier, and the instructions were straightforward for accessing the keys. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, loved having the apartment to come and go from throughout the day, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other travellers, family and friends.

Communicating with the host was very straightforward using WhatsApp but there was some delay in receiving replies which could be improved. A sofa or soft chairs in the apartment would be welcome. Please leave instructions with respect to what to do with the bins upon checkout. All trivial stuff but absolutely nothing that would stop us returning.
