I booked this room on short notice and was very pleased with cleanliness, comfort, friendliness and quiet, homey, neighborhood atmosphere. It was also very conveniently located close to the Venice airport (VCE).

The host is amazing , kindly, helpful. The place is little far but beautiful and quiet place. Very clean and neat place. Thank you very much for all your help and support.

We booked Ca’Nadia just to have a place to rest between our 10 AM checkout and our 6 AM flight to Madrid — and it ended up being one of the best decisions of our trip. Check-in wasn’t supposed to be until 4 PM, but they graciously allowed us to check in FOUR hours early. After traveling, that kindness meant everything. Roberto went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming — not just polite, but genuinely kind. They booked our early morning taxi to the airport, gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. It truly felt personal. The room? Absolutely incredible. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, and far beyond what we expected for the price. Speaking of price — the value is unbelievable. You get so much more than what you pay for. Easy to get to, as advertised… Bus station five minute walk… 20 minutes from Venice and all the fun… Less than 10 minutes to the airport by taxi… Roberto said it was a flat €25. It was more like €28 close enough for Jazz… Great place convenient.
