Contemporary Ocean Front beauty. Managed by seasoned 5 star property host. Ground floor condo elevated above the Mission Beach boardwalk. Step right out onto your patio lounge above the boardwalk. Sleeps up to 9 comfortably in two large bedrooms and living room (or up to 10 with kids). Includes 5 beds and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. The condo was just filled with new furnishings. Easily accessible by family of all ages. Main entrance with no stairs. Beach entrance with just a couple stairs. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Short walking distance to all the action yet well buffered from it. Two to three minute stroll along the boardwalk to Belmont park and all the eateries/restaurants, but private, quiet, peaceful and luminescent. Comes with parking for a good sized vehicle. Additional parking available is available in a public lot reasonably close or sometimes at a neighbors for a small fee.

Go for the location alone! The patio is right on Mission Beach, directly on the boardwalk, and the views are fantastic. There’s also a wall A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom, which was a nice bonus if you want a cool place to relax or sleep after a day at the beach.

The owner was present when we got here and helped in with check in process. I was able to check in a couple hours before the "official check in" time. The owner was very effective in communication and made a couple visits during my stay to replace defective equipment and to address some concerns which he took care of. The price of this condo is pretty high, but you are paying for LCOATION! Its located in prime location right on the boardwalk and only a 5 minute walk to the center of the boardwalk. The unit its a bit older that the pictures represent, and it could use a bit upkeeping and remodeling. The washer/dryer is disconnected from the unit and communal with other units. In addition, no vacuum, which is a must in units with constant sand coming in. Other than the age of the unit and some basic upkeeping needs, i recommend this especially if you have kids who love being right on top of the beach

Location and ocean front patio views were the best! Beds were comfortable! House was clean! Loved the fire pit on the patio. Had boogie boards and beach chairs available for use! Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal ocean front location but cleanliness quite lacking.
Also, needs updating living room and patio furnishings. And perhaps a major indoor wall paint job given how much beating they’ve taken, like old gum stuck on master bedroom wall, really?
There was no lightning to outside patio for our evening BBQs.
The closest used as storage for older useless furnishings was a sore eye.
Bedding and towels were clean and some newer.
So overall this place earns this 3 star rating for me.
Not sure I’d book again unless when traveling again l see that it’s been updated and housekeeping has been addressed.
