このアパートメント について
Magnificent, unique and elegant 4-room apartment 2 steps from the hyper center of Strasbourg (10 min by car, 15 min by bus). You will find two independent bedrooms, one with a private bathtub, a living room with a large screen TV with PRIME VIDEO and NETFLIX, its sofa with an atmospheric fireplace, a separate kitchen with a dining room, a games room with a table football (Bonzini) and an arcade console with more than 5000 games.
A private parking space is provided.
The accommodation
Independent entrance with a private enclosed and secure parking lot.
You will find a spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom, with a double bed and its freestanding bathtub. A second cosy bedroom with a double bed.
A living room with a smart TV with NETFLIX and PRIME VIDEO, a soundbar, a cabinet with board games, a dimmer to adjust the intensity and a decorative electric fireplace that gives charm and warmth.
A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, raclette oven, Senseo coffee machine with pods, ice maker, kettle, tea, utensils, saucepan, colander etc.) and a dining room, the washing machine and the dryer are one and the same and are located in the kitchen.
A games room with a table football (Bonzini) and an arcade console containing more than 5000 games atmosphere.
A bathroom with a shower and its rain shower with built-in LEDs, interchangeable colors, the toilet is located in the bathroom
Throughout the apartment there are electric shutters, there are LEDs that can change color and or intensity at ceiling level, and there is sound equipment with bluetooth speakers on the ceiling in the entrance and in the second bedroom.
Traveler access
Guests will have access to the entire accommodation and the outdoors. All rooms are air-conditioned including the kitchen. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional fee!
Secure parking inside the property under video surveillance and equipped with a 7.4 KW charging station.
The accommodation also has a private terrace. Sheets, towels, bathrobes in the room with bathtub, shower liquid - shampoo - body cream provided.

Very clean and comfortable, as advertised! Even better than the pictures! Did not disappoint in any way. Easy drive to Strasbourg and surrounding area. The hosts were great! Rooms were great! Comfortable beds! Great shower and kitchen! Had everything including Air conditioning in every room which was great for summer weather. Will stay again!

This place is fantastic,,,,,clean, nice spaces inside and outside of this house plus parking behind locked gate on property,,,it doesn’t get any better,,,we have travelled a lot over the years and we have never had a host like Daniel,,,he went above and beyond,,,,send us photos of both lock boxes with codes, ,,he even went out in the street and recorded where the bus stops were located and which ones to take, where the grocery stores are on the street,,,restaurant locations,,,etc,,,,then he sent us another video of a walk through of the apartment and where everything was located inside,,,,super host,,,highly recommend this place,,,

Absolutely outstanding - I am born and raised in Alsace and the flat is the best I have seen in every aspects - privacy and the host is a must - we stayed 20 nights and my wife was very impressed with the bathroom - living room and also all the details that Daniel and Nancy have included in the flat - there is no cons ONLY PROS - Alain et nikkie
