Welcome to our spacious vacation rental in Bayrischzell!
Spanning 60 m², our vacation apartment accommodates up to six people and features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and Weber gas grill; a comfortable living room with a seating area and a cozy sleeper sofa; and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.
The vacation rental is located in the basement and is very bright thanks to the 40 m² terrace and the large floor-to-ceiling terrace windows in the bedroom and living room. From both rooms, you can step out onto the terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains: Kleiner Traithen, Seebergkopf, and Vogelsang. On the terrace, you’ll find our large Weber gas grill, which is available for barbecue enthusiasts to use at any time. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your free use at any time in a separate room.

The vacation rental is centrally located. An organic bakery (500 m), a butcher shop (350 m), the train station (500 m), and the Edeka supermarket are all within walking distance—no more than 8 minutes away. Regional products straight from the farm can be purchased at the farm stand 1.5 km away.
Hiking trails, ski resorts, and cozy Bavarian restaurants. Here you can experience the idyllic atmosphere of the Bavarian Alps up close.

As new parents ourselves, we know just how much luggage you have to pack for your little ones, so a high chair, bottle warmer, and travel crib are, of course, available upon request.
We’re also committed to ensuring the well-being of your four-legged friends, as we’re animal lovers ourselves and own a Husky and a Husky mix. Upon request, we’ll provide a dog bed, food and water bowls, and, if needed, food for your faithful companion.
Right in front of our house, a variety of well-marked hiking trails lead out into nature. We’d be happy to advise you on these and provide you with plenty of maps. The nearby waterfall, the natural pools, and the stream are a special adventure for children! Our house is located at the end of a small private road, so your children can play around the house without worry. All the amenities of the town of Bayrischzell are within walking distance. In winter, the trailhead for the many cross-country ski trails—totaling about 100 km—starts right in front of our garden.
