* The apartment is a duplex. The lower level, in the basement, has a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom, with no windows at all: no daylight comes in and the air is not renewed much. If you want to sleep in a room with a window or are sensitive to stuffy air, please take this into account.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned: during heatwaves it gets hot inside, including at night. If you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* The separate toilet is very narrow, which can be uncomfortable for tall people.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on a quiet street in the 11th arrondissement, a 2-minute walk from Rue Saint-Maur metro station (line 3), with a convenience store and bakeries close by, in a 70 m² (753 sq ft) duplex with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
