Windowed bathroom with shower cabin and convenient washing machine. A covered parking space within the complex is available, with limited access manoeuvring space (width 235 cm, height 200 cm, depth 600 cm). Cellar where bicycles can be parked safely, sunbeds available for guests for pool use (swimming cap mandatory - pool use guaranteed 15/06-13/09 - open only during lifeguard hours 10.00 - 18.00). Pets not allowed, non-smoking apartment.
