Welcome to Le Mil Roses en Baie, your home away from home in Saint-Quentin-en-Tourmont Le Mil Roses en Baie offers you the best of Saint-Quentin-en-Tourmont at your fingertips, for a perfect stay. View of the Marquenterre on one side, the horses and the countryside on the other, and close to the sea path. The geographical location of this farmhouse offers you multiple activities: Marquenterre ornithological park, equestrian center, Belle Dune golf course, crossing of the Baie de Somme.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 1000 euros will be required (check or cash)***
Mandatory cleaning fee 150 euros
Possibility to stay after 10:30 am on the day of your departure: supplement of 90 euros
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels: 40 euros / room
Electricity:
The rental includes a flat rate of 20 kWh of electricity per day included in the price of the stay, intended to cover normal use of the accommodation.
In the event of exceeding this consumption, an additional charge will be charged at an additional €0.25 including VAT based on the meter reading taken on the arrival and departure of the tenant.

The gite gave us everything we were looking for. Spacious, very well equipped, lovely gardens and a hot tub! The property was very clean and well presented. The area is well worth exploring, with the coast, Amiens and Abbeville within easy reach. We enjoyed good communications with the friendly property owner and plan to return.

The property was clean and spacious. It perhaps lacks some modernisation but contained all that we needed apart from bed linen & towels. This needed to be advised in the property listing so that we were made aware of this prior to travelling. We did get this sorted but at an additional cost. There was also an unexpected cost for cleaning. I would have hoped that these details would have been made clear in the property listing on the Vrbo website which, I have to say, was not very comprehensive.
We really enjoyed our stay at the property but it got off to an unnecessarily difficult start after a long journey.
Please ensure that, in the future, your website contains all the necessary information for clients so that they can make an informed choice for their holiday accommodation.
