Welcome to your home away from home! We are offering a fully furnished, fully stocked 4 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage home on a 6K+ sq ft corner lot in the desirable Cooley Station neighborhood. We have stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, a walk in tile shower in the master, cozy fireplace in one of the two living rooms. One of the four bedrooms is located in the 1st floor. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a queen bed with the exception of the Master which has a King. We are also pet friendly with a mid size doggy door and a two way kennel. You'll have access to:
-Two community pools
-Several parks and greenbelts.
-One of the major perks of this home is you are in biking distance to the new Verde at Cooley Station. Some of the amenities there are:
-Crust, Sip and Shop, Hash Kitchen, The Brass Tap, Sophie May Boutique, The Blue Heron(Speakeasy) and many more.
-Two bikes for cruising around.

Our experience staying at this property was excellent. House was just the right size nicely clean. Rooms were very comfortable. I would diffently stay here again. Communication with the host was very professional. Neighborhood was very quiet.

This was a very nice house and was also very clean. It was a perfect location with playgrounds for our kids, and was right near our family. We would love to stay again next time we visit! Check in process was smooth and communication was great.

Everything as perfect. Clean, cozy, safe and beautifully decorated.Host is very responsive, helpful with suggestions in the area and very accommodating. It’s a great place to stay when visiting Phoenix
