このアパートメント について
The apartment opens onto a large corridor with a marble floor, to the right there is immediate access to the large living room with a dining table, two sofas, a small table and a TV. Still on the right side are two of the bedrooms and the spacious study.
The first room is located immediately to the right of the living room, is composed of two single beds and a large wardrobe.
Crossing the living room leads to the study, so furnished: solid wood desk, a bookcase, a round table in briar and a comfortable double sofa bed.
From here a door leads to a small antechamber where there is a wardrobe and another door give access to the second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together to form a comfortable double bed. The headboard is composed of velvet cushions that can slid along an iron bar. The entire right side of the building has solid oak parquet laid in a herringbone pattern.
On the left side of the corridor, through a first hallway you enter the kitchen and the first bathroom.
The kitchen is very bright, airy and composed of a long worktop with sink. Above the floor there are various wall units and below the top is the dishwasher and other compartments. The fridge and freezer column are located immediately to the right of the entrance, while on the left there is the oven, the 4 burners and a breakfast corner consisting of a square table surrounded on three sides by a bench where 4 people can sit comfortably.
The first bathroom consists of a hydromassage shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The second hallway on the right side of the corridor leads to the second bathroom, consisting of a bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet, and a double bedroom. Here we find the same parquet on the right side of the building on which rests a double brass bed, two crystal bedside tables, a small armchair and a large 4-door wardrobe. This is a nice property, professionally managed, in a great central location. As a professionally managed spot, it’s rather impersonal, but not a problem. The central location is fantastic, a short walk to many attractions. Plenty of space and lots of beds. Unfortunately, despite the presence of air conditioning units throughout the apartment (and in the photos), we were told there is no air conditioning, perhaps broken or perhaps they don’t want the cost. We were told it was not allowed, but most other units in the building had visible A/C machinery. The temperature in Bologna in early June was already above 90 degrees F. At night, we could open the windows and get a nice breeze, but all but one bedroom face the very busy street where people were very active and noisy well into the early morning. In fairness, the listing doesn’t claim A/C, but Ibhad checked all the photos that showed the interior A/C units and assumed we were fine. So, with that strong caveat for the summer season, this is otherwise a very well located spacious option for groups of 6 people or so. Be warned if your considering summer travel, the heat was rough, but at other times of year I’d recommend it without reservation.

We met Mattia at the apartment to check in early and leave bags. It was very generous of Mattia to allow us to do this. During check in she told us if it rains we may have an issue with hot water, but to text her through WhatsApp and she would send over someone to fix it. Well it did rain and we had no hot water. In addition, the “4th bedroom” is a small study with a pull out sofa bed which was not made up for us nor were sheets left for us to make it up. We discovered the bed issue right after lunch when we came back to the apartment to unpack. When we messaged Mattia regarding the issue we heard nothing until the following day. At first she said she would send someone with sheets. Later she said they would not be able to come because of the rain. She also said she would send a technician for the hot water. A later text said he could not come because of the rain. Upon our check out she sent a message that she was sending a technician out, but they could not repair the hot water until the rain stopped. There was a leak at the hot water heater in the bathroom and water was all over the floor as well. In addition the apartment needed some repairs and updating. pieces of furniture were broken cobwebs were evident and areas could use a fresh coat of paint. Whit a little care this could be a top rated rental. But as it is today, I can only grade it a tired old C-
