Enjoy staying in the heart of the 11th arrondissement with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. A refundable damage deposit is required. Please note that WiFi is currently unavailable at this property. We recommend arranging a personal eSIM or mobile data plan for internet access during your stay.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 35 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Passage Saint Sebastien in the heart of the 11th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Double bed and double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, oven, microwave, stove, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

This property is fine for two people and a bit tight for two who do not share the bed in the sleeping area. It was difficult for us to find but once we did it was fine. The keys was a challenge as it has a two step turn we were not advised about. Again once we figured it out we were fine. My biggest complaint was the communication which was difficult. It seemed there was not always a person who was receiving our questions especially with questions about our departure.
I would stay here again as the area is fine and Le Marais is a fun area of Paris to wander and this is easy from this location. We did not share a bed so the living room was a bit full. For a couple who share the bed it would be much more comfortable.

The most remarkable of the apartment is the excellent location of the apartment. An apartment in the heart of the Marais district, with nice cafes, bars and nice streets to walk around. Also close to the best attractions of Paris.
It was very clean and the towels were nice. The kitchen makes it easy to make food and tea. The check-in instructions were detailed and you need to pick up the key from the nearby Monoprix.
