Welcome to our elegant and spacious apartment, located in the La Plaine Saint-Denis district, bordering Paris.
Bright, functional and fully equipped, it is perfect for couples, families, groups of friends, workers and business travelers looking for comfort and tranquility. The Plaine district is ideally located and connected to all types of transport (RER B and RER D, metro line 12, bus, vélib, A1-86 motorways), you will be able to easily and quickly access all the tourist sites of Greater Paris.

The accommodations are only 300 meters or 2 minutes walk from the station of the "RER B - La Plaine - Stade de France", direct to Paris Gare du Nord in 5 minutes, Châtelet les Halles in 9 minutes, Saint-Michel Notre Dame de Paris or Louvre Rivoli in 15 minutes, Gare de Lyon in 20 minutes, La Défense in 30 minutes, Charles de Gaulle Airport in 30 minutes...
A 14-minute walk from the metro station "Front Populaire" line 12 which allows you to reach Montmartre and Pigalle in 10 minutes, but also the Gare Saint Lazare, the Concorde, the National Assembly, the Montparnasse Tower... in 30 minutes.

Apartmemt was ok. Even though it is near the train station service wasn't very reliable. Didn't like that one of the doors to ge to the building was locked sometimes and the only option waa to call the host so I assume they can remotely open it. Luckly there was always someone nearby to open it as our phones were not working to make calls. This is an inconvenience. A fob available after checking in would have been easier. There was an issue with the communications before arrival as the host's name shows as Sonia but the property is managed by someone else now. I had received an E-Mail from this other person asking for a credit card for any charges. I was hessitant and had to chat with VRBO. A heads up from host through the platform would have been nice. Hot water stopped working on our second day. We didn't communicate this to the host and should habe but since we had some miscommunication issues we decided against sending a message. Other than that property is great.
