⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor, at the back of the building's courtyard, and you enter it directly from the courtyard: the building's rubbish bins are placed right in front of the entrance door. If a neat entrance matters to you, please take this into account.
* With 29 m² in a single room, the apartment is ideal for two. With four guests, two sleep on the double sofa bed, in the same room as the double bed: once the sofa bed is open, space becomes very tight.
* The windows look onto the inner courtyard: there is no open view. If a view matters to you, this apartment is not the right choice.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will stay in a quiet spot at the back of a courtyard, in the Oberkampf area (11th arrondissement), a 4-minute walk from Parmentier metro station (line 3), with an equipped kitchenette and a washing machine.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi included, sheets and towels provided for each guest. Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home.
