NEW: 118m2 apartment in best city center location. 3min walk to Vienna State Opera and Karlsplatz. Big living room. 2 quiet sleeping rooms. Kitchen. Internet. Bathroom. Fridge. Microwave. Heating. Situated on the 5th floor with an elevator, the apartment is overlooking into the operastreet and on the back side to a quiet courtyard, therefore it is in the middle of Vienna's vibrant city center.
At 30. September 1791 was the premiere of the opera "The Magic Flute" by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at this place.
There is a separate living room, a second sleeping room, a dinning room with a dining table and also separate the kitchen and a safety door. The fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven will give you the possibility to cook while your stay.

Vienna´s historical city center and most famous sights are reachable by foot.
The flat is situated in the 4th district at the boarder to the first district near to the opera and Karlsplatz. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area.

Property was ideal for our family of 5. Location is very convenient to many popular places to visit. Eva and Friends were very proactive communicating about our trip offering suggestions for things to see and do. The mobile internet device was a pleasant bonus.

Smooth check in and check out. Apartment was clean. It was quite hot in Vienna and there was no air conditioning but there were three floor fans in the apartment that made the heat bearable.

Location was great for seeing Vienna on foot, and close to subway trains too. Size of apartment was luxurious. Vienna had a hot spell during our stay (35C or 93F), so no AC in the apartment and much of the rest of the city was the only downside.

Everything about the apartment was great. A bit funky with the toilet being completely separate from the bathroom. However, the biggest complaint was that the WIFI was horrible. I had several business meetings over zoom and the WiFi lagged and I couldn’t go have the meetings. For the amount of money paid for the apartment the WiFi should be much better.
