このアパートメント について
The apartment is our little gem.
We’ve lived in this home for 6 years now and have “styled” it with love and passion.
The home consists of a small, separate kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom, for a total of approximately 50 square meters.
The house is ideal for two people who want to live like Venetians and enjoy Venice from home. This apartment offers a wonderful, unobstructed view of the iconic Rio Marin canal, which crosses the Grand Canal.
All 5 windows are equipped with mosquito screens, and the room has air conditioning.
The apartment also features all the furniture we purchased, which is of exceptional quality. The bed is large and comfortable, with a single, non-separate double mattress. The bathroom is a bit small but comfortable and has a shower. For our Italian guests, please note that there is no bidet.
Please also note that we are located on the third floor without an elevator, so we are concerned that older guests in particular may find this quite inconvenient.
In Venice, as of 2018, the city tax is 2 euros per night per person for a maximum of 5 nights. This must be paid upon arrival and is always excluded from the listed prices.

Spent 4 nights at this apartment and would definately stay here again. The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. Air conditioning works really well. Michele was very helpful and is a great host.

The apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked to prepare light meals. The location is very near the train station,valporetta stop and easy access to grocery market, pizza and pastry shops

We were met at the train station and escorted to the apartment. Michele introduced the apartment and explained all we needed to know plus many more helpful hints and suggestions for our Venice stay. He and his family live in the neighbourhood so he knows it well.
Apartment is right on the canal and we could hear and watch the boats and really feel a part of this beautiful city. Apartment was very clean, great size for the two of us and well equipped for all our needs. Foods for breakfast a special treat to save us shopping immediately.
We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home for couples staying in Venice.

Stayed here for three nights. The location was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Most of all the owners were amazing. They had great communication, helped us with transportation, met us at the station and spent a lot of time with a map of the city making recommendations which turned out to be awesome. Can't recommend them or their apartment enough.
