このアパートメント について
Alvaro's House is a prestigious, historic residence located in the heart of Modena, just a stone's throw from the Ghirlandina, and has recently been completely renovated. It is situated in a prestigious stately home. You enter through a spacious foyer into the living room, which measures over 40 square meters. You’ll be greeted by original 17th-century frescoes. You’ll also find a state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with all the latest appliances, offering a unique view directly across from the Ghirlandina.
Alvaro’s House offers heating and air conditioning, walnut parquet flooring, two bedrooms—one of which overlooks the Church of Sant’Agostino—and a spacious bathroom; original stained-glass windows, and many original 19th-century furnishings.

Alvaro's house was amazing and very clean. The attention and help he provided to my family and me was outstanding. We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed a few more days. The city of Modena is beautiful, I fell in love with both Alvaro's house and the city. Everything was absolutely wonderful!

My son and his family stayed there. Very convenient to restaurants and the train station. A/C worked well, beds were comfortable. Not too far from Orfeo's house, where we stayed.
