このアパートメント について
The holiday apartment "Elisa" is located on Panoramastraße with a direct view of Lake Garda, which leads to the ancient village of Aer. Lake Garda is just 7 km away from the holiday apartment.
The apartment was renovated in May 2021 and furnished with care and attention. It is therefore equipped with all modern comforts and has its own entrance as well as a reserved parking space.
The special highlight of the apartment is its beautiful view of Lake Garda, which you can enjoy on the spacious terrace. This magnificent view is complemented by views of Monte Baldo and the charming little village of Gardola, whose centre is only a few minutes' walk away and features several restaurants, pizzerias, shops, a pharmacy, a bicycle rental, a butcher's shop and a bakery.
The apartment is a spacious three-room apartment of approximately 60 sqm and offers space for 2 to 4 persons. It is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed, a large bathroom with shower and a large terrace of approximately 40 sqm.
The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a curtain.
The advantages of the apartment include the kitchen, which is equipped with 4 hobs, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. Furthermore, a German coffee machine, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto capsule machine are available. The living room has a satellite TV and a radio. On the terrace there are 2 relaxation chairs, a lounge seating area and a sun sail ready to use.

- Mountain biking (possibility to rent these at Tabaccheria Ferrero)
- Sailing and surfing approx. 7 km away at Tignale harbour

At check-in, our guests receive two cards, the TIGNALE CARD and the THEATER HOME CARD, with which they can take advantage of various discounts, including:

• Free admission to the municipal swimming pool (June to August)
• Discounts at restaurants, bars, etc.

Die Wohnung ist super, mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Blick auf den See und die Berge einfach nur Traumhaft. Eine Heizung ist vorhanden, somit war es auch Anfang November warm in der Wohnung.
Kurze Laufwege zum Supermarkt und den Restaurants.

Wohnung wurde neu renoviert, neue Möbel und Accessoires, tolle Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und ein neuer Fernseher einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Und dann noch dieser wundervolle Ausblick.
Unsere Anzahlung vom vorigen Jahr wurde problemlos auf dieses Jahr gebucht. Bei Fragen waren die Mitarbeiter von Reboma immer freundlich und hilfsbereit am Telefon. Danke Fam.Henschel
