Welcome to your home in the Upper Black Forest!
An exclusive vacation apartment with a beautiful view of the Hochfirstschanze awaits you. You’ll be staying in a central location in Titisee-Neustadt in a quiet neighborhood. The town’s spa park, the forest, the hiking trails, as well as the train station, a bus stop, various restaurants, and shopping options are all in the immediate vicinity.
The vacation rental is located just 1.4 km from the Hochfirstschanze, 5 km from “Badeparadies Schwarzwald,” 7 km from Lake Titisee, and 10 km from the Feldberg ski area.
The two-room apartment was newly built in July 2021, measures 82 square meters, and offers ample space for up to 6 people.
The coziness and sustainability of the Black Forest are combined here with a modern loft style. You can cook like a Michelin-starred chef at the freestanding kitchen island and dine at the “handmade” solid oak table in an open, fully equipped, high-quality kitchen. After an eventful day of hiking or biking, relax in the spacious, bright living room, which is equipped with a sleeper sofa (140 x 200) and a flat-screen TV (with pay TV). End your day on the spacious balcony, which offers seating for 4 people and a breathtaking view of the Hochfirstschanze. Behind the exclusive solid oak sliding doors, you’ll sleep as if you were on the shores of Lake Schlüchtsee in the bedroom with 2 double beds (140 x 200). Behind the next sliding door, you’ll find the spacious, modern bathroom with a rain shower, a toilet, and a nearly new washer-dryer combo. A separate guest restroom and free high-speed Wi-Fi are available to you.
The apartment features hardwood floors, is accessible at ground level, and is therefore barrier-free for wheelchair users or families with small children (no steps).
Free parking is available approximately 200 m–300 m (a 5-minute walk) from the apartment.
The tourist tax of 2.70 euros per adult and 1.00 euro for youths between the ages of 6 and 15 is not included in the price and is due upon arrival. This does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed to accompany their owners.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to grocery store and to public transportation. Kitchen was well stocked. Apartment was clean. Host was quick to respond. We had a great time.
