Welcome to our sublime new air-conditioned flat in a prime location just a stone's throw from the Louvre Museum, numerous restaurants and the centre of the City of Light. Our chic and elegant accommodation, renovated by a renowned architect, offers top-of-the-range and modern facilities. It is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.

60m2 air-conditioned flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the ground floor of a beautiful Parisian building with a magnificent paved courtyard.
Entirely new: Our flat has been recently renovated and decorated by renowned professionals to offer a luxurious and modern space.

- 1 Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people
- 1 fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine)

The greeting on arrival and explanation of the apartment.
cleanliness was excellent.
table & chairs for meals.
well equipped kitchen (but we couldn't find a drying cloth
En-suite shower rooms (please put grab handles for the disabled / elderly to hold onto) The step. up to the bathroom made that room inaccessible.
The toilet was a long way from the shower and by the kitchen.
Ground floor accessibility was good.

Great apartment, wonderful location. Easy access to restaurants (recommend Il Fico) and convenience stores. Comfortable beds, smart TVs x 3! Minor issue with plumbing was rapidly resolved. Nespresso machine was a bonus! Great stay!

Pros: location location location! TV’s in every room. Ensuite bathrooms. Comfortable beds and linens. Cons: Ground floor apt-noisy-scooters-above footsteps. The guest bathroom had a sewer odor to it that was yuck. Ants. Pictures show the place as much bigger than actual size. Furniture stained. Check in process was slow. Even though arrival time was shared, we waited a good 45 minutes in the heat being exhausted from travel. Would not rent again.
