Just renovated, this space is an oasis of modernity and brightness. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large and airy living room, where a cozy sofa invites you to relax after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary talents, with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.
With three bedrooms and a charming mezzanine accessible from one of the rooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the second offers a pleasant single bed. My family and I (5 adults) stayed for 3 nights in July 2026. The property fitted our needs perfectly and provided an excellent base from which to explore Florence. All the tourist/historical sites of interest, the train station and the airport (via the tram) are easily accessible from the apartment. Other reviews have mentioned the top floor location of the apartment and the number of stairs, which is true, but we did not find this to be an issue. Also, the expected occasional traffic noise from the street below due to the city centre location can be well excluded provided care is taken when closing the window to the main bedroom and ensuring the top locking mechanism engages properly. Overall we found the apartment to be clean and in good order, with Oscar providing a comprehensive check in experience. In summary, we’d recommend property to anyone thinking of a similar short city break.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was just a short 4 minute walk to the train station and very well located to walk around.It was perfect for our group of eight, it was spacious and bed were comfortable.I would recommend to anyone.

Had a wonderful stay and the location was just the right size for all of our family members. The proximity to the train station and location in general were both fantastic. Thank you for being a wonderful host!

We stayed at this VRBO in Florence for three nights and unfortunately had a mixed experience overall. The location itself was convenient, but there were two major issues that were never disclosed in the listing.First, the apartment was extremely noisy every single night. Between street noise and late-night activity, it was very difficult to sleep. Had we known how loud the area was, we likely would have chosen a different place to stay.Second, the listing described the apartment as being on the “2nd floor,” which was very misleading by U.S. standards. In reality, it required climbing around 60 very steep stairs with no elevator/lift available. Getting luggage up and down was exhausting and unexpectedly difficult, especially after long travel days. This absolutely should be disclosed clearly in the listing so guests can plan accordingly.The apartment itself was acceptable, but the lack of transparency about the noise and stairs significantly impacted our stay. Overall, I would rate this property a 3/5 and recommend future guests ask detailed questions before booking.
