Welcome to this elegant 85 sqm serviced apartment in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
This superb air-conditioned accommodation sleeps up to six people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor without elevator, it combines Parisian charm and modern comfort.
We offer a daily cleaning service in the apartment during your stay.
PLEASE NOTE - The apartment is from very high standards in a great location - but the ceilling in the bathroom area is only 2m05 high, the living room and the bedrooms heights are normal.
The Space:
Located in a old parisian building rue Jacob in the heart of St-Germain des Près 6th arrondissement of Paris, this 85sqm apartment enjoys an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris.
On the first floor, this incredible 2 bedroom with A/C has been totally designed in a modern and chic way.
Opening onto a large and bright living-room composed of a cosy sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area.
This flat for six people, that will appreciate, the modern setting and elegant furniture as well as cooking some meals and sharing moments of conviviality.
The 2 bedroom benefits from queen-size bed with high quality mattresses to ensure a great night sleep, plenty of storage, smart Tvs, A/C, and small desk area.
Both bathroom are equiped with large walk-in shower.
One thing to note; the hallway leading to the bathroom has low ceilings since the height is 2 meters high
At the cutting edge of technology, this apartment benefits from smart TVs, and high-speed wifi.
For maximum comfort, this apartment features hotel-quality bedding, linens and towels, a washer/dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, welcoming products and we offer a daily cleaning.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive!

This is THE most modern apartment we’ve ever stayed in Europe! It’s actually a 2.5 bath place, which was great to have the extra half bath. Having daily housekeeping was fantastic, as our 2 teenage girls are not the cleanest of people. Lovely that they left us waters and sodas in the fridge, along with plenty of supplies to make tea and coffee. I was a little nervous when I had to pay the 2nd half of the rent on the Pick-a-Flat site instead of VRBO, but it was completely legit. Loved the location of this apartment in St Germaine. We also used their car service to get to the apartment from the airport, which was fantastic and reasonable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great place. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Outstanding bathrooms. The daily housekeeping was very nice. air conditioning worked well. The management team was very responsive. The location is wonderful. Definitely 5 stars. It was expensive but worth every penny.

The Lender apartment was seriously amazing! Very modern and well kept. The attention to detail and amenities were far better than what we anticipated. This neighborhood is also amazing. 1 block from Les Deux Margot, next door to Ladurée and all the shopping within blocks. We had a couple small issues which were quickly resolved by management. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
