The Villa
An oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation... This 175-square-meter country house offers plenty of space for a personalized vacation experience, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three separate restrooms, and a spacious living and dining area with a tiled stove.
Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds, and all bedrooms have access to a balcony. On the first floor, the living and dining area leads out to the large sun terrace with views of the Kehlstein, Jenner, Hohes Brett, and Hoher Göll mountain panorama. In the summer, a large lounge set along with seating and dining furniture invites you to relax and enjoy a barbecue. A retractable awning and an umbrella provide ample shade.
The large, fully equipped kitchen with 7 burners and a wine refrigerator allows for high-quality self-catering. A second refrigerator in the basement provides ample storage capacity when the property is fully occupied. Two washing machines and a dryer eliminate the need to bring too many clothes along. The same goes for the large collection of books and games. For younger guests, there’s a wide selection of Lego, Playmobil, and other toys, as well as comic books and a professional-grade foosball table.
The Alpenoase features a spacious sauna and relaxation area with a waterfall shower and a window that lets in natural light.
For e-bike riders, we offer 4 free charging stations and a garage with a bike rack. An additional garage and free parking spaces let you park with ease. Electric cars can be charged at 2 stations.
Additional amenities include 3 flat-screen TVs, 1 workspace with a small desk, and free Wi-Fi.

In winter, we provide sleds for tobogganing, and ski equipment can be rented affordably from the ski school.

The Alpenzeit
A lovingly furnished 79 square meters awaits you at the Alpenzeit. A spacious living and dining area with a bay window and access to the terrace and garden—featuring panoramic mountain views—invites you to wind down and relax at the end of the day. In the summer, a grill is available, and an awning provides plenty of shade
The new, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for high-quality self-catering. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a box-spring bed. A recliner that converts into a bed with a spring mattress provides an additional sleeping option.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a separate shower and a corner bathtub.
A small room with a built-in countertop provides a quiet retreat—or, if needed, a place to work undisturbed. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Bavaria at its most beautiful: mountains, forests, and tranquility. The Villa Alpenoase is situated in a quiet yet central location in the valley basin of Schönau am Königssee—where the sky remains dark at night due to the absence of light pollution.
The immediate surroundings of Villa Alpenoase are perfect for hiking, climbing, swimming, or mountain biking, and in winter for skiing and sledding. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the forest and a 20-minute walk to Königssee.
The local outdoor swimming pool, the public Kneipp pool, and two children’s playgrounds are also within walking distance. The mini-golf course at Jenner is 3 km away. In addition, Schönau and Berchtesgaden offer numerous restaurants serving regional and international cuisine.
For daily necessities, shopping options are within walking distance in the center of Schönau or nearby Berchtesgaden.
