You'll enjoy staying in this luxury one-bedroom apartment in the very heart of Split.
It also has a spaciou 20 m2 patio with table and chairs and two air-conditioning units.
It's located in an ideal location: just one minute walking to the Marmontova street, two minutes walking to the Diocletians Palace and three minutes walking to the Split promenade.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This apartment will be fully cleaned and disinfected before your arrival.
We take your health and security very seriously,so you can enjoy your vacation here carefree.
Apartment is located on the ground floor of the traditional Dalmatian residential house in the very center of Split.
To see the majority of attractions located within walking range of the apartment, please browse through photos.
Despite being close to all events it's in a residential area with good sound isolation, so there's no excessive noise.
Apartment is fully air-conditioned with an air-condition unit in both the living room and bedroom.
In the living room you can pamper your senses with a smart 58“ LED TV with ambilight and cable channels.
Living room has comfortable sofa bed which can pull out for two people to sleep.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and a big fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bedroom has a cozy double bed, wardrobe and working table.
Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.
All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet, iron and ironing board, clean bedclothes, big soft towels & more are included free of charge.
Baby cot can be provided for free, please contact in advance.
For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a first aid kit.

Apartment is located at the ideal location in the center of Split, just three minutes walking to the Split seafront.
Right near is also the famous Diocletians Palace, which is the best preserved Roman palace in the world.
Neighbourhood is residential so there's no excessive noise.
The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.
Well known Split sandy beach Bacvice is within 15 minutes walking.
**** Getting around:
Bus station is within one minute walking.
Grocery store is right across the house.
Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 10 minutes walking.

The property was located just outside the old town walls and right across the street from a grocery store. Super convenient! It was a very short walk to the hub of the center and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was nice to have a property on the ground level ( no stairs to climb ) and we made good use of the patio. The only downside was that the patio was located just off the main pathway to the other units above. Not totally private although they did try to provide some additional privacy with some greenery in flower pots. The access to a washing machine and outdoor patio to dry clothes was a life saver in this sweaty hot heat wave! Great place!

Nice enough apartment but we didn’t get a good nights sleep due to continual noise from the apartment above. Poor sound insulation.
Minor issues - no dish towel supplied, nor were there any batteries in the TV box remote. Other people used the ‘private’ outside space as a smoking zone.
