We’d like to welcome you to the new *das Franz*. The newly built apartments have been furnished with great attention to detail. Our carpenter, Franz, restored the old beams from the original farmhouse and, combining them with modern oak, crafted many custom-made pieces of furniture. The stylish, modern decor—featuring plenty of real wood and soothing earth tones—creates a cozy atmosphere.
The Accommodation
Our Franz 1 vacation apartment offers space for four people across 105 square meters, featuring two cozy double bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen and the large dining area invite you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. On the loft, the living room awaits you with a reading nook and a beautiful view.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains from the apartment’s balcony.
The spacious outdoor area is perfect for barbecues and campfires (firewood is provided).

Large families and groups of friends can book Franz 1+2, which accommodates 8–10 people.
Guest access:
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available. There is also storage space for bicycles.
Additional important information:
Towels and bed linens are provided.
A high chair for children can be provided upon request.
