Apartment house "Condominio Parco degli abeti", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. 3 houses in the residence. 450 m from the centre of Canazei, 2.5 km from the centre of Campitello, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Heating available only from 01. Dec. - 01. May.. Motor access (via unmade road). Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 350 m, bar 250 m, bus stop 300 m, park "parco giochi" 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Cycle lane 100 m, skisport facilities 900 m, ski school 1 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Nearby attractions: Bolzano 51 km, Passo Sella 13 km, Passo Pordoi 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sella Ronda 900 m, Col Rodella 3 km, Belvedere 900 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Carezza 24 km, Lago di Fedaia 13 km. The house is within walking distance of the center of Canazei. The ski lift is a bit too far to walk to with ski boots on.
The big advantage is that there are two bathrooms. However, the shower pressure in one of them is very low. But the water is nice and hot.
The house is comfortable and cozy, although a bit dated. There are two lovely balconies where the sun shines into the house from 11 a.m. onwards, which is very nice in winter.

We stay there for winter holidays, family with child and grandparents. The parking was available and the access to the slopes is easy to reach. It is also a short walk to the center of Canazei or to the swimming pool. I recommend it!
