This luxurious condominium with a large comfortable couch for all and beautiful furniture boasts over 2,200 square feet, is tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you need to call this your home away from home, for families and conventioneers alike! Plus it has a beautiful Lakeview! This Condo is large enough to sleep 8 comfortably.
With our attention to detail and genuine care for high standards of cleanliness and customer service, you are sure to have a happy and comfortable stay with us during your visit to the Sunshine State!

*On-Site 24 Hour Check-In Desk and Guest Services located at the club house, exclusively provided by us at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Bag Drop Service, located at the Club House. Showers and changing rooms are available. Arriving early or departing late? Feel free to use this service for your convenience. This amenity is also exclusively provided by us here at Vista Cay Resort Direct by Millenium Management.
*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay. Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.

Pet Policy:
Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only.
2 dogs maximum allowed per unit.
(No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)
$99 per pet, per stay
This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.
Any potential, incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.
There is no fee for service animals.
A pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.
If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guest's credit card on file for pet-friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of the reservation and no refund for non-pet-friendly units.
HIGH CHAIR AND PACK AND PLAY RENTAL:
High Chairs and Pack and Plays are available upon request.
The rental price for each is $10 a day + tax.
This charge goes towards the purchase, delivery, upkeep, and sanitization of the items :)

Clean big rooms. And trash pickup every day out side the door was.great.

This property was much bigger than expected, which was perfect for my group stay. However, we would have appreciated additional shower towels since we did not have time to wash them ourselves due to conference attendance. Some mattresses were also lumpy, but were bearable to sleep on.

Chose a condo as something new for a trade show work trip - this condo was perfect. Plenty of space, close proximity to OCCC, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and amenities, clean, comfortable, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Let me start by saying this is our 5 th stay at Vista Cay and we love the overall location.The condo we were given on arrivaj was not what I thought I originally booked by the pictures listed. Definitely needs a deep clean. We tend to eat in since we are a large group and the kitchen is poorly stocked and what is there is extremely old. Luckily my oldest daughter lives 3 miles away so I borrowed what I needed from her. My husband always checks the furnace filters due to allergies and bringing small children and it looked liked it hadn’t been changed in months. They did send someone over to change the filter. I did request a clean kitchen towel but never receive it.
However, thie beds were comfortable and the lake view is beautiful.
Not sure we’ll be returning to Vista Cay will probably look for other options.
Overall, the property amenities are wonderful if the weather allows you to be outside to enjoy them but overall cleanliness of the units themselves seem to be lacking.
