This cozy two-bedroom, one-bath condominium is perfectly located just 1.5 blocks from the base of Aspen Mountain's gondola and directly across the street from the grocery store. Aspen's world-class shopping and dining are right outside your door.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bathtub, washer and dryer, wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and a designated off-street parking space. The primary bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds.
Though compact, this thoughtfully designed unit is exceptionally comfortable and makes great use of the space. No pets allowed, and NO SMOKING in the condo or on the complex's grounds.
Like many Aspen homes, this unit does not have air conditioning. Cooling units and fans are provided, and Colorado's cool summer evenings naturally help keep the home comfortable.

Location was great

This cozy little condo was perfect for several nights in Aspen. We loved that we could walk everywhere, which we did, except for when we went exploring outside of Aspen. Communication from the host was easy and we had absolutely everything we needed. The cleanliness was top notch, which is something we always look for!!!We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend that you do the same!

We were disappointed that our unit was a sub basement and we couldn't open any windows as we looked at the cars wheels. So the unit had no sunlight. Also the bedrooms were very small. The location was great though.
