The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building without an elevator and offers a simple, bright, and homey atmosphere.

- a compact kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals;
- a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and dining area;
- a comfortable and quiet master bedroom;
- a new, practical, and well-maintained bathroom.
The apartment’s real highlight is its panoramic terrace: a balcony overlooking the lake, furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing at sunset.
