-2 Bathrooms on the main level, both newly remodeled. 1 Bathroom on bottom level with tub/shower.

-Sun-filled space with plenty of windows.
-Wrap-around sofa and a gas fireplace.
-75” Roku TV with streaming apps and live TV.
-High-speed Xfinity WIFI.

- Game Room with standup Video games, Foosball, Treadmill and stationary bike.

-All decks have great views of Breckenridge Ski Resort (quiet time outside after 9 pm to respect neighbors).

-Deck with gas firepit, couch and outdoor dining area to enjoy the views.
PARKING:
-2 cars can park in the heated garage, another 2 in the driveway.
-The surrounding area offers a wealth of outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling, fishing, golfing, and more. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding at renowned resorts.
-Please be mindful of our full-time neighbors by respecting outside quiet time and no late parties.

- We have an electronic keypad which controls access to the main door of the house.
- You have full access to the home, the deck, parking & the amazing neighborhood filled with bike trails, and hiking paths.
Other things to note
☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
• Must be 25 years or older to insta-book this home.
• 5-star reputation is appreciated to insta-book.
• 4x4 or AWD is mandatory from November through May for safe access to the property.

Wonderful place, lots of room. Host was quick with responses. Heat was not working when we arrived, thankfully my husband is handy, otherwise host would of sent out a repair person. Kids had fun with the games.

We enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay here with our small family of grandparents, adults, and grown child. Very beautiful view and easy trip to town. Owners were very helpful, responsive and extremely kind!
