Beautifully renovated, over 100 years old cottage in a village with only 4 other houses. The house has a modern interior, a swimming pool and the plot is big enough for your children to play and run around. Steep stairs between ground floor and 1st floor. Bedroom 1 with associated bathroom is located in a separate property, 10 m from the main house. One of these 4 houses with pool, belongs to the landlord (CIL232). These houses are ideal for families who want to spend their vacations together, but do not want to give up their privacy.
