Labin. The villa is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 20 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
