House ground floor for 6-8 persons including a living room dining room fireplace with a sofa bed, large windows overlooking terrace, fully equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 beds 90 and one with a 140 bed , a bathroom, a shower room and 2 toilets.
Equipped garden furniture (table, chairs and loungers) and barbecue with wonderful views of Santa Giulia bay.
The marina, shops, cafes make this a lively summer place.
The estate, completely secure has 2 restaurants, a small supermarket, a tobacco shop with newspapers, a glacier bar.
Leisure with participation: tennis lessons and water sports.

Beautiful house in the middle of a beautiful Island. The stunning view made my day every single day. The house includes 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms newly renovated, perfect for a family with kids or two couples. The house includes all you need for your vacation and is perfectly situatated in order to explore the island. The garden is big and invites for relaxing dinners/barbecues.
