The apartment is located at the entrance to Titisee. This beautiful 67.0 m² apartment invites you to relax and feel at home. On the lower level, you will find the kitchen, living room with dining area, balcony, and a guest WC. Upstairs, on the gallery level accessed by stairs from the living room, there is a bedroom with a sleeper chair and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of Titisee near the golf course, just a 10-minute walk to the lake and train station. It is the perfect starting point for walks to the lakeside promenade, the Badeparadies water park, or for exploring hiking and cycling trails as well as cross-country ski tracks in winter.
