このアパートメント について
The apartment is located in Praia dos Salgados in Albufeira just 2 minute walk from the beach, on the outskirts of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with a barbecue, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom and one double sofabed, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE
Lounge, with 1 ample sofa bed which converts to one double bed for extra sleeping, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, 2 windows over looking the pateo barbecue area, pateo doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 1 queen size bed, sofa bed in the lounge.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels a DVD player and CD player, Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has 1 queen size bed, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning unit for cooling and heating, patio doors to balcony, security safe.
BALCONY
4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.

(For stays longer than 8 days, complimentary free routine cleaning may be provided during your stay.

Tourist TAX - We hereby inform you that the Albufeira City Council is charging the Municipal Tourist Tax of €2/Sleep, per night per stay up to a maximum of 7 nights for guests aged 13 and over. The Municipal Tourist Tax is due upon check-in in a single instalment and the Municipality of Albufeira will issue the invoice respectively. (The Tourist TAX is NOT included in the booking).

The apartment was beautifully presented with all required kitchen and laundry facilities. The bedroom and living area open onto an enclosed patio which gets sun for most of the day (April/May). The patio has a barbecue and is enclosed by a high wall, has it's own entrance and is very private. It has excellent internet and a great shower. The AC took a little bit of time to get familiar with its idiosyncracies but works well. The host, Nuno, was very responsive and had great patience. Car parking is available across the road in a large carpark. The location is first class being 650m on a boardwalk to Gale beach and you can drive to it also. There is a 4.5KM boardwalk from the location all the way to Armacao Da Pera with one short gap The area has numerous restaurants catering for all tastes.
