Set within secure, landscaped gardens, this spacious 4-bedroom villa with a private heated pool is perfect for families, (Pool heating is included from April to October) couples and groups looking for a relaxing holiday near the beach while remaining close to Albufeira.
The villa combines traditional Portuguese charm with plenty of space to relax. The bright and spacious living room features high ceilings, a fireplace and patio doors opening directly onto a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool — perfect for morning coffee, long lunches or evening drinks.
The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 3 bedrooms with their own private en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while upstairs you'll find the exceptionally spacious master suite with its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the pool and landscaped gardens.
One of the villa's special features is the rooftop terrace with pergola, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views through the surrounding pine trees. It's a wonderful spot for sunset drinks, dining outdoors or simply enjoying the Algarve evenings.

A beautiful property with plenty of space, great outdoors area with a fabulous pool and the sun is available all day, or shade if needed. Local restaurants are walkable (3-15 mins) and the old town is 7-10 mins away in a taxi if needed. A beautiful beach is 500m walk away with a beach bar. I would definitely recommend this property, for the location and value for money.

Our group's stay at Casa Jakatina was exceptional. The property both inside and out was stunning. The bedrooms are spaced out so you never feel like you are on top of your other guests. It is spacious, modern and decorated beautifully. The villa is supplied with practically anything you might need. The location is also exceptional as it sits right at the top of a path that leads down to a beautiful beach with a very nice restaurant. Tracey, the house manager, was very responsive to any of our questions and needs and is also a super nice person. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

This was the best villa we have ever stayed in.Close to the beach, restaurants, shops it is ideally situated in a quiet area but within walking distance of everything you need.One of the most relaxing breaks for children and grandchildren.The villa couldn't be better with a superb heated pool which is the perfect size for all the family.The person managing the villa was very efficient and the owner has obviously spent a considerable amount of time and money in fitting out the property and providing everything that you would need.I can definitely recommend the villa for a great family holiday.

the frifge was a little small for a group of six. Some of the mattresseswere to hard for some of the guest, Cleaning lady did a good job every week
