The apartment, furnished to a high standard in a modern Alpine style, features an open, spacious living/sleeping area with a panoramic window and two cozy armchairs for relaxing, as well as a flat-screen TV. The 160/200 cm box-spring bed completes the amenities. The well-equipped built-in kitchen, featuring a fridge-freezer combo and a dishwasher, is L-shaped and thus also incorporates the dining area with bar stools. The high-quality oak plank flooring is equipped with underfloor heating. A foyer with storage space and a closet leads to the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.

Located very close to the Kranzbergbahn, this beautiful apartment offers a first-class starting point for mountain lovers and athletes, as hiking and ski tours begin practically right at the door. The view over the village to the Karwendel Mountains is unique. The narrow and steep access road via Kranzbergstraße takes some getting used to, but can be easily navigated with a little practice.
Before driving up for the first time, we recommend exploring the area on foot first.
