Going down to the basement, you will discover a cozy living room equipped with another 55-inch TV and two premium sofa beds, ideal for gathering or unwinding. The basement also includes a bathroom and a practical laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, ensuring a worry-free stay.

Guest Access:

To access the loft, you'll have to pass through the first digicode at street level. Once you're in the building's inner courtyard, you'll need to enter a second keypad to gain access to the building. This is pretty straightforward. The loft's location means that you're completely quiet and cut off from the noise of the city.
