The house is located in Ruhpolding’s most sought-after residential area, in a central yet absolutely quiet south-facing location on a large lot with a breathtaking view of the Ruhpolding mountain panorama. The cozy, well-maintained vacation apartments, each with a balcony or terrace, are almost all garden-facing. A cozy lounge is available for groups. Parking spaces are located right next to the house. The kitchens are equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, and toaster, and almost all kitchens have a dishwasher. Bicycles can be stored in the garage or—if valuable—locked away in a wooden shed. Winter sports enthusiasts have access to a room for storing skis. Ski boots and wet clothing can be dried overnight in the boiler room. Shower towels for the Ruhpolding swimming pool are also provided. The washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement. Shopping options and restaurants, the tennis park, the biking and hiking trails, the swimming and sauna area, the mini-golf park, the cross-country ski trail, and the ice rink are all within walking distance. The vacation rental features three separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and access to the east-facing balcony; one bedroom with a French bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with a shower; one single bedroom with a box-spring bed (120 x 200 cm) and access to the east-facing balcony. Another shower room, with separate shower and toilet areas, a sink, a hair dryer, and guest amenities, is accessible from the hallway. The spacious living-dining room with a panoramic window faces south and features a sleeper sofa (140 cm wide), armchairs, a corner bench, an extendable table that seats at least 6 people, a flat-screen TV (cable), and access to the south-facing balcony; a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stove with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
