Following lifts are right at front of the door: TrassXpress, Sonnenalmbahn and Schmitten. The perfect base for your Summer or Winter holiday. The town of Zell am See and the lake can be reached within a few minutes by car or bus. Enjoy wonderful views from your own 27 m² roof terrace of the Schmittenhöhe, the zeller lake and the surrounding mountains. In winter, snow chains can be necessary.
